This has been a very busy week but I’m glad to say that I have been able to keep up with keeping my carb intake to between 25 and a little over 50 grams.
Today’s weigh in thankfully showed that. My weight today was ……

That represents the first time my weight has been below 390 since September 7, 2021 (yes, unfortunately I have kept records). I am so proud of myself!
I’m noticing that I am able to walk further distances without getting out of breath. Just another example of getting healthier.
