I continue to try to limit my carbs but have become rather lax – allowing breads and some other carbs back in. On Monday- June 1st I will be starting the PHD (Proper Human Diet) “30 Day Summer Challenge”. I’ll post my goals for the Challenge over the next few days. I weighed myself on Sunday and it came in at ….. 381.1! Lowest point in a long time. The last time I was at 381 was June 2021.
